On-the-day guide

The venue is Keio University, Mita Campus (2-15-45 Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo). Where the main hall (North Bldg. 1F), Room 2 (East Bldg. 8F), Room 3 (East Bldg. G-Lab 6F), and the reception (South School Bldg. 4F) are, walking routes between them, walking routes from the nearest stations, and step-free access.

Check-in is in the North Building only. The East Building entrance is on 3F, on the campus side. The East Gate is closed on Sundays — please enter through the Main Gate. If the main hall fills up during a plenary session, staff will show you to a satellite room — Room 2 (East Bldg. Hall, 8F) or Room 3 (East Bldg. G-Lab, 6F) — with a live relay. Please arrive early.

Eating is not allowed inside the main hall, Room 2, or Room 3 (except in the volunteer and speaker green rooms). Drinks in capped containers, such as PET bottles, are fine inside the halls. Vending machines are on the 1st floor of the East Building, and down the stairs next to the North Building entrance.
