Even if your session is in the East Building or the South School Building, please check in first at the North Building Hall (1F). There is no check-in desk in the East Building.

ON-SITE NOTES

  • The East Building entrance is on 3F, on the campus side. The 1F entrance faces the street and is closed on the day.
  • Vending machines are on 1F of the East Building, and down the stairs next to the North Building entrance.
  • The East Gate is closed on Sundays — please enter through the Main Gate.
  • Eating is not allowed inside the main hall, Room 2, or Room 3 (except in the volunteer and speaker green rooms). Drinks in capped containers, such as PET bottles, are fine inside the halls. See the lunch map on the on-the-day guide for lunch options.
